— A Bar, but Different

The Pantheon
Way

Pantheon is the social heartbeat of Home of Gaia. By sunset, travellers, locals, artists and Fit Lab regulars drift in for a drink, a conversation, a song. It's a community bar — designed for connection, not just consumption.

Six Reasons to
Show Up

A different reason to come every night — and one constant: the people.

Daily 🌿

Community Gathering

Every evening from sunset. Travellers, locals, long-term residents — the regular crowd that turns this from a bar into a living room. Drop in solo, leave with friends.

Tue 🎬

Movie Night

Indie cinema and cult classics under the stars in our Open Air Theatre. Cocktails in hand, jungle around you. Free entry — drinks à la carte.

Wed 🎤

Open Mic

Bring a song, a poem, a stand-up bit, a story. Singer-songwriters, spoken word, comedy — whatever moves you. Sign up at the bar by 8 PM, perform from 8:30.

Thu 🎲

Game Night

Board games, card games, pool, foosball, and the occasional ridiculous tournament. Show up alone or with a crew — we'll match you with a table.

Sun 🎶

Live Acts

Curated international artists every Sunday. Folk, jazz, electronic, world music — different artist, different genre, every week. Past acts have travelled in from across Asia, Europe and South America.

Always 🍹

Signature Cocktails

House menu built around tropical ingredients, fresh garden herbs and local spirits. Ask the bartender for the off-menu specials — there's always one.

Signature
Cocktails

Our bar program is built around what's growing here: tropical fruit from the garden, pressed-fresh juices, infused local spirits and herbs from the greenhouse. Every drink on the menu is house-developed — nothing is a copy-paste classic.

Ask for the bartender's off-menu pick. There's always a quiet experiment behind the bar that never made the printed list.

Visiting Pantheon

Is it free entry? Do I have to be a guest at the hostel?
Free entry, always. You don't need to be staying with us — locals and walk-ins are exactly who make this place what it is. Just buy a drink, settle in, and you're part of the night.
How do I sign up for Open Mic?
Walk in any Wednesday between 7:30 and 8:15 PM and put your name on the list at the bar. We have basic gear (mic, acoustic guitar, cajón). Bring your own instrument if you want anything more specific.
Can I book a table for a group?
For groups of 6 or more — yes, especially on Sunday Live Acts and Wednesday Open Mic. WhatsApp us with the date and headcount and we'll hold a spot.
I'm an artist — how do I play a Sunday Live set?
Send your music link, a short bio and dates you're in Goa to gaiahostels@gmail.com or WhatsApp us. Sunday slots are curated — we book international touring artists and select local acts that fit the vibe.
What time do you close?
Last orders 11 PM, doors close 11:30 PM (we're a community bar, not a club — Morjim is residential). Earlier on quieter weeknights if it's empty, sometimes a touch later when a Sunday set runs long.

Tonight at Pantheon

Come Through

Walk in. Order a drink. Stay for the music. The kind of night that turns strangers into regulars.
